Yes, there is some truth to that. The good news is that KW Commercial is currently working with Market Centers to adopt new policies for residential agents wanting to transact commercial deals.

KWC is actually one of the largest commercial groups in the U.S. Also, a good portion of KWC membership is comprised of agents who left other shops.
